Travelogue : Stranded across the Rohtang

On a recce trip to the newly opened Spiti valley, I learned why mountains are nobody's friends!
From there on, no matter where I go, I am always prepared for the worst!

I loved reading your travelogue. I wanted to go to HP when it snows. Can you give me the approximate time of the year you visited? And your afterthought was very interesting. I was with Roshini and Col Pradahan during the trip, Roshni write quite well, I never knew. Anyway it was one of the great adventure I had in the Himalayas... Well Done Roshini...
