Day 39, June 11
At 7:45am the 20-people-bus with a driver-guide started for the three hour trip to the Grampions National Park.
On the beginning we have been to a mountain-lookout to get a first view over this park. Then we did a small hike along a small river from where we could see the Elephant, a big rock formation. The water of this small river was brown because after rain a lot of plants like eukalypt loosed their oil.
After this small hike was time for a lunch in a village. After visiting some Kanguroos we had our next short trip to another hike to the Mackenzie Falls.
These Mackenzie Waterfalls are very high and huge.
On the evening we have been to a hostel in the middle of nowhere with a very friendly owner. The hostel looked like an old farm.
Day 40 - June 11
On the morning we had another small hike to a Grand Canyon after a stop at Pinnacles Lookout.
On the afternoon it was time to drive on to the Great Ocean Road. On the way we did a stop to see Koalas
