After some time we arrived at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road. For this road an organized bus trip is the best when you do not want to rent a car. It is a long road with a lot of scenic stops and you can see what 4-5 waves a minute will do after many, many years.

Our first stop was Loch Ard Gorge.

At this place we visited the sunset.

After sunset we drove to a Youth Hostel for BBQ and the night. On the evening I have been to a pub with some other people of our bus. It is very great to have a smoke-free pub. In Germany smoking in pubs is allowed and you smell always very bad after staying in a pub.
Day 41 - June 13
After talking so much english this was my first night dreaming in english.
The first stopp on this day was the London Bridge. This is an island since 1990 when the left part crashed into the sea.

Then we drove to the Twele Apostels, but they are not 12.

Later we have been to a temperated rainforest with very old trees up to 60 meters (nearly 200 feet).

On the way on we had some beautiful beaches to see. On one place many Aboriginals have been killed. Why could not the Europeans lived with them in peace?
A lot of cave paintings could never be understandd because of no documents of the Aboriginals.

On the evening we went back to Melbourne and I spent the night in the Victoria Hotel Backpackers again. I was in the Sauna again.
