Well, it's almost time to go home, but I really did intend to work on the travelogue while we were here. The event was TOTALLY crazy. We had 2500 people attend over the course of the weekend. It was definitely great, but left little time or energy for writing.
So, there's my excuse....I will try to catch up.
The MTG world championships were in Paris this year. After Paris, we went to see my friend Kate and her family in the South of France.

I had to work on Monday while Jeff traveled to Paris.
Doing the show in the Louvre felt really cool. The space was beautiful and Renee had put together a really great looking show. All went well for load-in.
The crew assembles the huge angel statue in the lobby of the Louvre event space.
Close up on Serra Angel. She was so great that thousands of tourists stopped to take her photo on their way into the museum.
Gerry goes through the plan with the crew. Most of the crew was from Belgium and one from the US.
After work, we found Jeff at the hotel and went out to dinner at a restaurant called Hippopotamus near the Opera. It was pretty fun.
