Munich, Germany:
Verbatim from a page in my journal:
*Poor Traveler's Discount (I convinced the front desk guy to give us a discount, and when he asked what type of discount we qualify for, I replied, "The poor traveler's discount!")
...and yes, it worked!
*Cute black front desk guy at Euro Youth hostel. I was instantly smitten!
*Pub crawl (dear god)
-Steins, Biergarten.
-Girl threw up on herself. Girl fell asleep in it.
-"Hovecta Shiza", the phrase heard down the streets and 'round the biergartens, much to the dismay of many people/locals.
-Biergarten restroom had no separation between the men and women's side.
-Slept in til 1:15pm at the 4U hotel, too sick to move to the next hostel. Stayed another night.

4U Hotel. We were so happy not having to sleep on a bunk bed! (and damn Adam's plastic bags...very annoying to wake up to in the mornings)
