Day 93 - August 4
This bus trip on the business class bus was the best bustrip I ever had. A lot of space, nearly fully reclining seats, no stops in other towns, food and drinks included...
On the late morning I arrived at Iguazu and I found a hostel quickly near to the bus station.
Then I went by some public buses to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Waterfalls. Everybody told me to visit the Brazilian side at first because you have a grand view over these amazing waterfalls. You have to pay entrance to go to the waterfalls and I spent there some hours. These waterfalls are so big and great, you have to look the pictures.
Later I visited Foz Iguacu, the town near to the waterfalls on the Brazilian side and I bought a ticket to to Rio de Janeiro for two days later, this time not on business class, in Brazil bus trips are more expensive.
Day 94 - August 5
The area on the Argentinian side to explore the waterfalls is much bigger and so I decided to spend the whole day for the Iguacu Falls there.
On the morning I got up early to arrive at the waterfalls before all tourists are there. And so I was the whole day in the park around the waterfalls. You have to pay entrance again. Every 2 minutes I thougt to take one more picture. There is so much to see. On the afternoon I also did a trip with a speed boat under the waterfalls to get really wet. The speed boat trip was very funny. And it was warm enough to get dry again quickly. On sunset I drove home.
On the evening I had to empty my full camera in an internet café and I enjoyed one last Argentinian Steak.
My tipp:
You have to see the Brazilian Side at first. Do not go on a tour to the waterfalls. To go on public buses is cheaper, more flexible and faster. The tourist buses are going to every hotel before driving to the waterfall parks. Plan to spend a complete day on the Argentinian Side and have you digital camera memory empty before.
