General Motors has its assembly hangar there, Philips runs one of its biggest branches there and NBCs headquarter is in Atlanta too. There is a big downtown with a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs. It's called Buckhead. There are some great black Rap clubs with music which blows your ears away. The crime rate in Atlanta is very high. Just at the time I was there, an accused shot a judge, a deputy and 2 other people. On his escape he shot another person. He used the same Metro to escape that I usualy ride to town.
I watched an NBA basketball game, that was an experience too. There were about 20000 spectators in ther arena. It's a big spectacle with cheerleaders, a lottery and various shows, and of course a big traffic jam after the game when everybody rushes home.
