Phi Phi Ley: Loh Samah Bay

The last stop of the Phi Phi Islands-- Loh Samah Bay. Here, we laid out on the beach, walked around, ate fruits, snorkeled and swam in the warm water. For some reason, H and my skin is super sensitive out here and the brine stung our flesh and made me break out in a small rash. But as our skin exposure to the brine continued over time (5 days at the beaches!), gradually, the rash and stings began to cease.

The water is so crystal clear

The water was very shallow, and you had to swim way out to feel the depth of the sea. Even then, the bottom of the floor never went beyond 10-15 feet. So, it was comical for me to see people wearing life preservers while snorkeling.
